How each house relates to the river

We use six categories and none is decorative: “on the water” only appears when there is a real structure on the water and its permit has been reviewed.

  1. 01RiverfrontThe house faces the river with nothing in between.
  2. 02On the riverbankThe property reaches the shore.
  3. 03River viewYou can see the river from the house, even if it is not on the shore.
  4. 04Water accessThere is a private or shared path to the water.
  5. 05Private jettyThe property has its own jetty.
  6. 06On the waterA real structure on the water, with a reviewed permit.

How it works

    You ask or request dates

    Choose a stay, dates and number of guests. A request is not a booking and nothing is charged.

  2. 2

    We review and propose

    Someone on the team checks availability with the owner and sends you a proposal with the total and conditions.

  3. 3

    You accept and we confirm

    You accept the proposal from your link. The stay is confirmed only after the team checks the dates again.

What we don't do

  • We don't publish a stay unless one person enters it and another approves it.
  • We don't show the exact location without the owner's permission.
  • We don't publish unconfirmed prices: without a rate, the listing says “on request”.
  • We don't use photos without credit and license.
